This thin, fast, and silent functional unit can be seamlessly integrated into very thin wall thicknesses. A high-strength steel plate ensures secure locking, while tailored flexibility near the mounting point allows for comfortable manual closing of the door.

With a light spring effect, the door swings outward slightly when unlocked, allowing for easy, handle-free opening — similar to what you find in lockers and parcel stations. The compact size of the actuators makes the system ideal for electrifying even mailboxes, phone cabinets, valuables boxes, and key boxes.

An additional version is the bistable lock, which can be implemented with a small second locking actuator without requiring additional space. This opens up smart functions in furniture construction. The bistable lock allows switching between locked and open states, with each position maintained without any energy consumption. This enables discreet and easy integration of central locking systems into interior furnishings.

For example, in a yacht or a caravan, the comfort of open cabinets can be enjoyed while in the harbor or at the campsite, and when leaving, all cabinets are automatically secured.
